Translated as the “Night of Power” and is observed on any of the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan. Muslims believe that the holy book, Quran, was revealed to Prophet Muhammad in this holy month. It is marked with special late night prayers.
Some students may miss school the next day or arrive a few hours late.
